Quotes from our trainers:

After years of jobs I finally have a career. I am constantly learning from
my clients -- how to enjoy every personal encounter - how to creatively
motivate and encourage productive workouts - how to be fully present. As a
personal trainer I help folks become stronger and in return I am educated,
entertained and enriched daily.

Mary Lou, 53 former bookkeeper

"I was skeptical at first (they told me to be skeptical), but then I saw how
well it works. After just one workout one of my clients told me she would be
providing me with more referrals than I could handle. She was not kidding.
This workout sells itself if you do it right."

William, 43 year old former contractor

I was a school teacher for 15 years.  No matter how hard I worked, I made the same amount of money as any other teacher. With this job, the more effort I put into my training the more benefits I receive.  These benefits are far more than monetary.  I am making people stronger and healthier.  I am making lasting friendships.  I am happier at this job than I have ever been at any other job.  I look forward to going to work and seeing my clients and coworkers each day.

Gretchen, 48 year old, former school teacher
